This immersive two-day workshop offers a deep exploration into Climate Constellations, an innovative and powerful methodology designed to tackle complex sustainability challenges and accelerate meaningful transitions. Drawing inspiration from family and organizational constellations, Climate Constellations uniquely address issues at the systemic level.
Through Climate Constellations, participants can visualize, understand, sense, and positively influence hidden dynamics within social-ecological systems, unlocking new pathways for transformative action and sustainable change.

- Foundations of climate constellations: Understanding phenomenology and systemic approaches.
- Different formats of constellations: Including systemic, ancestral, double blind and personal constellations tailored to sustainability issues.
- Integration with established frameworks: Grounding practices in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), Factor 8 Model, Theory U, transition theory, and transdisciplinary research.
- Hands-on experience: Engaging exercises that reveal and address barriers, unlock potentials, and facilitate deep systemic insights.

Facilitation
Petra Müller-Demary is the Founder of Solutionsurfers Romania, an internationally recognized coaching school dedicated to solution-focused coaching and transformative change. With over 30 years of experience in leadership and personal development, she is deeply committed to unlocking human potential and guiding individuals and organizations through meaningful transformation. As a coach and solution-focused change facilitator, Petra believes that real change happens when we shift our focus from problems to solutions. She sees challenges as powerful opportunities for growth and is constantly in awe of the magic that emerges when people truly connect. With extensive expertise in systemic constellation work, she offers both individual and group sessions to address complex dynamics, providing deeper insights and fostering sustainable development—both personally and professionally. In a time of profound transformation, Petra’s approach helps navigate change with clarity, purpose, and connection.
Cathy Macharis, Professor of Sustainability at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, is the founder and host of the House of Sustainable Transitions, a transdisciplinary research network dedicated to advancing sustainability. An expert in participation and systemic change, she developed the ‘Factor 8’ process for transformative action. Her latest book, Land of Hope, explores pathways toward a sustainable future. With extensive training in systemic approaches and coaching, Cathy integrates theory with practice to foster awareness, strengthen connections to both inner and outer resources, and inspire collective visioning for a better world. Through Climate Constellations, she introduces a novel methodology that supports systemic change, offering both theoretical insights and hands-on experience in applying this powerful approach.
Laetitia Counye has built a distinguished career as a senior professional and team leader in the field of impact investments across the Global South. Driven by a deep fascination with personal transformation, she has expanded her focus toward personal and team counseling, supporting individuals in navigating change with clarity and balance. With over two decades of experience in traditional yoga and meditation, Laetitia integrates gentle body exercises that foster deep relaxation of both body and mind. Her approach invites participants to embark on a journey inward—toward silence, stillness, and a deeper connection with their inner source. Through her guidance, she creates a space for reflection, renewal, and meaningful transformation.

Day 1 (21 May): Understanding Systems and Transitions
- Phenomenology and the basics of systemic constellation methods
- Practical exercises: First experiences with constellation dynamics
- Exploration of complex sustainability systems using Factor 8, Theory U, and transition theory
- Different formats: climate eco-system, ancestors, double blind
- Reflection and group discussions
Day 2 (22 May): Me and the Transition
- Deepening personal insights and connections to broader transition processes
- Reflections on : where do I stand in the transition? What is my agency? What could support me?
- Exercises focused on releasing blockages, identifying leverage points, and fostering active hope
- Connecting to nature
- Collective harvesting of insights, reflections, and actionable next steps
PRACTICAL DETAILS
Location: Land aan Zee, Burgh-Haamstede (NL), The Netherlands, a peaceful retreat center close to nature.
Cost:
€650 (excl. VAT) per person in shared double room.
€750 (excl. VAT) per person in single room (limited availability).
Prices include accommodation, meals (2x dinner, breakfast, lunch), yoga, meditation, and workshop facilitation.
