Both personally and as a society, we are living through a time of deep transformation. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that challenges are actually powerful opportunities to grow. I truly believe that when we shift our focus from problems to solutions, real change happens. Facilitator and Mentor Coach, founder of Solutionsurfers Romania ICF accredited coaching school, I have been working for over 20 years in the field of personal development. With many years of experience and extensive training, I have newly been focusing on systemic constellation work, offering both individual and group sessions to address complex dynamics and foster deeper insights for personal and organizational growth.
Who I am and what I do
We are living in a time of great transformation, individualy, and as society. The old structural ways don’t work anymore. With experience, I’ve come to the understanding that challenges are very powerful chances for growth. That gives me hope. And I want to stay connected to that hope. This is not the „it will be all right” kind of hope, but more the „I have no ideea” kind of hope. I choose to stay in the field of mistery, in the lightness of possibility, and to hold the space for those who are looking for a different perspective and a transformative effect of the circumstances they are in. I take my role in this as a coach and systemic constellation facilitator, and as a woman. My deepest desire is to be a contribution of more lightness, connection and understanding for others.
I truly believe that change is possible when we shift our focus from problems to solutions. Working with the solution-focused approach for more than 20 years, I’ve seen time and again, how challenges can become opportunities for growth, and how awareness of our own strengths and resources, helps us to envision a future full of wonderful possibilities. And envisioning always leads to the next step: acting on our highest passion and creating the life we really want!

COACHING
Originally from Germany, I’ve been living in Romania since 1995. With over 20 years of experience in management and HR consulting, training, and coaching, I can say that I’ve learned a lot. I’ve been lucky enough to have great mentors throughout my professional life, and I’ve dared to become a better version of myself with each step along the way. And it has not always been easy. Sometimes it has been very, very challenging. But that’s how we grow, and move forward with passion, even it doesn’t make much sense at the time. Over time, I learned how to trust the unknown, to relax and let life guide me.
My passion for coaching and personal development started with multiple coaching courses and programs in Germany and Switzerland. In 2013 I founded Solutiosurfers Romania Coaching School, a Solution Focus based platform where we offer the ICF accredited PURE Brief Solution Focus Coaching training for those interested in becoming certified coaches. We also offer Solution Focus based consulting and training for organisations and coaching programs, as well as development projects for the international Solutionsurfers community. As an expert in coaching and organisational development, I’ve had the honour to be invited to speak at conferences and professional development events in Romania and abroad, where like-minded industry leaders, CEOs, and executives are open to learn new skills with the solution focused tools and methodology.

Systemic constellation work
Almost at the same time as my coaching journey, another extraordinary path of my personal development began. In 2002 I enrolled at the SySt® Institute in Munich and was trained for six years in Systemic Structural Constellations under the careful guidance of Prof. Matthias Varga von Kibed and Dipl. Insa Sparrer. They became my mentors, and guided me on both a personal and professional level, helping me to gain a broader, more inclusive perspective on life. Getting in contact with the constellation work, I began to understand the myriad of possibilities that arise on both an individual and organisational level. I was fascinated to see how we (RE)-construct our own reality!
During the 6 years of training, I not only learned new skills, coaching techniques, and therapy, but this period was an extraordinary “journey” of personal development. I learned and practiced to listen more to my inner voice, my intuition! It was just the beginning for what was to follow and the foundation on which I’ve built a successful career as a coach and facilitator.
Participating in the trainings of the SySt® Institute in Germany and other programs that I did, have given me the opportunity to meet remarkable people who have facilitated my learning: Steve De Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg, Stephen Gilligan, Rita Klemmayer. I am deeply grateful for these encounters and also for the support of my family, my friends and colleagues along the way!
At this point in my life, I am inspired to envision a large group of people coming together as one, connecting on a deeper level and supporting each other. I do believe that at our core we share the same values, and I anticipate a world where we are all celebrated, a world where we are brave and open enough to learn from each other, so that we can grow stronger in love, compassion, and wisdom.
